Changes to the Riverbed Performance Partner Program

In an effort to streamline & evolve program requirements especially around competencies, Arrow has made changes to the Riverbed Performance Partner Program effective July 6th, 2017:

New Single Sales Training Accreditation Module (RSS-ALL)
Effective July 6th, 2017, rather than obtaining a different Riverbed Sales Specialist (RSS) accreditation for each of the four competencies, partners will only be required to obtain a single RSS accreditation (RSS-ALL) that will meet the sales accreditation requirements for all Riverbed competencies. Streamlining the on-line sales training requirements will save time spent by partners in the accreditation process, enabling them to focus on their sales efforts across the expanded Riverbed Portfolio of products and solutions. Riverbed will continue to honor existing RSS accreditations until their expiration.

Discontinuation of the Riverbed Sales Associate (RSA) Program Requirement
RSA will no longer be a training requirement for partners.

Change to Eligible Products for the Embedded Services and Solutions Incentive Discount and Rebate
Eligible Product discount categories for the Embedded Services and Solutions (ESS) Incentive Discount and Rebate shall be: Category A (Appliance Product and Product Upgrades); D (Spares); G (Subscription Software); H (Perpetual Software); and L (SaaS) products and services on Riverbed’s then current global price list. The ESS Incentive Discount and Rebate shall no longer apply to or include Category E (Professional Services) and/or M (Customer Training).
