I am pleased to announce the promotion of Richard Ferrer to Field Sales Manager. Richard will have sales responsibility for Arrow’s HPE and Micro Focus practice in the U.S. and will report directly to me. All channel managers in the U.S. will now report to him. Richard has been with Arrow for a combined total of 22 years. He began his career on the IBM side of the business from 1997 to 2008. In 2010, he rejoined Arrow on the HPE team. Throughout his time here, Richard has worked in various sales and marketing roles, including Inside Sales, Inside Sales Management, Strategic Sales, Program Management and Supplier Management. He has successfully served as a channel manager in Arrow’s Southeast Region for the past five years. Richard is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Communications. With Richard’s combined work experience and ability to navigate Arrow and our suppliers, he is well suited to serve our partners in this new capacity. I’m excited to have Richard as our new sales leader, and I’m confident in his ability to deliver results for Arrow, our partners and suppliers.
