IBM Business Partner Digital Experience (DX) – Why Your Customers Will Love It

Need to help customers understand how they can provide a superior customer experience and increase customer retention? Are you looking to reduce the time it takes to build great looking, customized demos and prototypes with an industry focus? Are you looking at ways to expand your eCommerce and Marketing practices by including new IBM products? Do you need to produce professional demos speedily, for a Line of Business audience? Then this is the event for you!

This day will also offer you the opportunity to hear from and meet with the IBM DX Sales Leaders and learn more about why DX and Commerce is a great area for Business Partners to be working in. Additionally you benefit from meeting with your Business Partner peers as well as the IBM Sales and Technical teams attending.

In this workshop, you will be given access to learning materials to quickly get up to speed and start selling and delivering DX to your customers. There will be Sales and Technical representatives on hand to help answer questions you may have and offer further advice.

You will initially receive a pending email and a confirmation email with workshop details will follow. Please do not make travel arrangements until you receive the confirmation email. Please note that places are limited so please register early to secure your seat.

Audience and Prerequisites
The majority of this workshop will be for sellers and tech sellers who want to learn how to build a professional looking customized demo site for their customers and do not have a lot of time to do this. The solution focuses on end users, and you should be able to build such a site with NO IT skills.

Laptop requirements: Please also bring any PC you wish as long as it has a Fire Fox Browser and Internet access.
